Privacy Policy

1. Controller

2. What we process and why

• Contact form and email communication – name, email, phone and the content of your message. Purpose: responding to your enquiry and preparing a quotation. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Retention: 2 years from the last communication.
• Contracts and invoicing – identification and billing data of clients. Purpose: contract performance and legal obligations (accounting, tax). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and (c). Retention: 10 years under accounting legislation.
• Web server logs – IP address and technical data. Purpose: security and operation of the website. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)). Retention: up to 12 months.

3. Cookies

The website uses the following categories of cookies:

• Necessary – session (laravel_session) and form protection (XSRF-TOKEN). They do not require consent and expire with the browser session.
• Analytics – Google Analytics via Google Tag Manager (_ga, _ga_*; up to 2 years). They measure website traffic and are set only with your consent given in the cookie banner (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). The tool is operated by Google Ireland Ltd.

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via the Cookie settings link in the footer. Without consent, analytics tools are not loaded at all.

The contact form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA v3 (Google Ireland Ltd.), which helps distinguish people from bots. It is used only on the Contact page based on our legitimate interest in protecting the form from abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR); the Google Privacy Policy applies.

4. Recipients

Data is processed within the EU/EEA. Recipients may include our contracted hosting and email providers and our accounting firm – always under a data processing agreement. We do not sell data or transfer it to third countries; should a specific service require it, we would ensure appropriate safeguards under Chapter V GDPR.

5. Processing on behalf of clients

When developing and operating systems for clients, we may come into contact with personal data controlled by the client (e.g. patient data in a booking system). In such cases we act as a processor under Art. 28 GDPR – solely on the client's instructions and under a data processing agreement. Client data is never used to train AI models.

6. Your rights

• the right of access to your data and to obtain a copy,
• the right to rectification,
• the right to erasure ("right to be forgotten") where data is no longer needed,
• the right to restriction of processing,
• the right to data portability,
• the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest,
• the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava, dataprotection.gov.sk.

7. Security

We protect data with encrypted transport (HTTPS), access control, backups and logging. Only persons who need the data for their work have access to it and are bound by confidentiality.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this document, for example when the scope of our services changes. The current version is always published on this page together with its effective date.
